It is with sadness that the family of Richard Battersby announce his passing on August 10, 2019 at the age of 86 years. A Celebration of Richard’s Life will be held on Sunday August 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the Shell Lake Lion’s Hall, Shell Lake, SK with Delores Beaulac officiating. As a tribute to Richard please wear casual/western clothing. Lunch and a time of fellowship will take place after the service. Following the Interment Service in the Scandia Cemetery please join Richard’s family at the family farm for a camp fire to share stories and memories, please bring your own chairs. Friends so wishing may make donations to the Scandia Church Cemetery as tokens of remembrance. Family and friends wishing to send online condolences are invited to visit www.beaulacfuneralhome.com.
