Patricia Jean Godding entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay Ontario, Saturday August 17, 2019 in her 78th year. Patricia “Pat” Algar was the beloved wife for 53 years of the late Gary Godding. Loving mother of Shelley (Geoff Tompkins), Mark (Katherine), Donn (Laura). Cherished grandma of Alyshia, Natashia, Christopher (Rose), Aleesha, Riley, Dylan (Brittany), Donn (Danielle) and Dalton, Ashley and Spencer, also 3 great grandchildren. Survived by her brothers Don and his wife Marg and Jack and his wife Doris, Predeceased by her parents Walter and Annie Algar and sisters and brothers, Hope (Jack) Begley, Mac (Lynn) Algar, Walter Algar, Bette (Dennis) Hutcheson, Shirley Algar, Madeline (Ray Porter), Barbara Jane Algar. Will be missed by sister-in-law Eleanor Godding. Pat will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call at Mackey Funeral Home 33 Peel Street Lindsay on Saturday August 24 from 10:30 until time of funeral service at 11:30 p.m. Interment of cremated remains to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
