1937 – 2019
Nancy Rosella Duplessie, widow of the late Lawrence Duplessie of Miramichi passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at the age of 81.
Born in Miramichi, on October 25, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Katherine (McDonald) Dean. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Bay du Vin. She was a member of the Pioneer Senior Citizens Club in Miramichi.
She is survived by one daughter, Cathy (Duplessie) Tillitoson (Dave) of Melissa, Texas; two sons: Carl Murdock (Betty) and Ryan Murdock (Nikki) all of Miramichi; one grandson, Michael Murdock (Jodi) of Miramichi; two brothers: John Dean of Windsor, ON and Lymon Dean of Moncton; one sister Lillian Duplessie of Miramichi. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Duplessie in 1994, one son Bryon Murdock in 1984, one grandson John Murdock in 2006.
Visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home, 140 King St., Miramichi on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 1 pm with Rev. Deacon Ted Quann officiating. Interment will be held in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery.
