Peacefully at Cedarwood Village, Simcoe on Sunday August 4, 2019, Murray Allan Holman, formerly of Brownsville and Delhi area passed away at the age of 72 years. Loving brother of Esther Porchak, Dick (Pat) Holman, Ed Holman, Lynda Tisdale, Rose Dopp and Doug (Maria) Holman. Wonderful uncle to many, many nieces and nephews. For many years, Murray worked alongside Paul Kreller at Paul’s Shoes in Delhi. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Evelyn Holman, brothers-in-law Stan Porchak, Verne Tisdale, Paul Dopp and sister-in-law Helen Holman. Murray was blessed by his second family Paul and Sharon Kreller, their daughter Michelle and her husband Mark, and their children Alexander and Avrya; their son Brad and his wife Jennifer Kreller, and their children Mason and Zackery. The family welcome friends and family to attend visitation at Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, ON, (519) 842-5221 on Wednesday August 7, 2019 from 7- 9 p.m. Funeral service for Murray will be held in the funeral home on Thursday August 8, 2019 at 1 p.m. Pastor Buck Buchner officiating. Interment to follow in Delmer Cemetery. Memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made at Ostranders Funeral Home to the Alzheimers Society, or the Humane Society.
