Obituary of Marjorie Myra Mailman
Mailman, Marjorie Myra – age 81, of Bakers Settlement, passed away August 2, 2019 in South Shore Regional Hospital. Born August 6, 1937 in Midville Branch, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Mildred (Hebb) Wile. She is survived by sons, Robert (Sandra) Mailman, Bakers Settlement; Blair Holden, Riverview, NB; sister, Marie Mailman, Wileville; brothers, Mervin (Patricia) Wile, Eastern Passage; Vincent (Linda) Wile , Branch LaHave; grandson, Tristan (Tina), Lower Sackville and 4 other grandsons, Moncton, NB; many nieces and nephews. Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Carmen; brother, Cyril Wile and sister-in-law, Ruth Wile.
Marjorie enjoyed spending time with her friends at the mall and attending music jams. There will be no visitation as per request. A funeral service will be 2 p.m., Monday, August 5 in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, 35 York St., Bridgewater; Reverend Willis Ott officiating. Interment to follow in Bakers Settlement Cemetery, Bakers Settlement. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marjorie’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home, Bridgewater where on-line condolences may be made to www.sweenysfuneralhome.com
