It is with sadness that the family of the late Lucille Elisa Sheppard (nee Gillard) of Sheppardville, NL, age 87, announces her passing, on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the Valley Vista Senior Citizens Complex, Springdale.
Lucille is predeceased by her husband Leander Sheppard; parents Elijah and Rowena Gillard; daughter-in-law Julia Sheppard.
Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Daphne (Reginald) McCarthy, Ethel (Allan) Kipp, Angela (Perry) Hobbs; sons Calvin Sheppard, Edward (Denise) Sheppard, Nelson (Lorraine) Sheppard, Lloyd (Loretta) Sheppard, Eugene (Marcia) Sheppard, Gilbert Sheppard, Theodore (Ophelia) Sheppard, Donald (Brenda) Sheppard, Dennis (Rose) Sheppard, Eric (Judy) Sheppard, Bruce (Michelle) Sheppard, Hayward (Kelly) Sheppard, Norman (Rose) Sheppard; 54 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; brother Calvin (Elaina) Gillard; sisters Mary Sheppard, Marie (Bill) Vincent, Lillian Coffin, as well as a very large circle of relatives and friends.
