Mrs. Louise Marie Burns, wife of the late Owen Burns of Miramichi Senior Citizens Home, formally of Blackville, passed away at her late residence on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at the age of 96.
Born in St Wilfred, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Helene (Cassie) Vienneau. She was a homemaker, a member of St Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church and also a former active member of C.W.L.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ellen Doucet (Wayne) of Blackville and Barbara Reynolds (Ron) of Kingston Ontario; her sons, Michael (Anne) of Blackville, John (Joyce) of Chetwynd B.C, Leroy of Blackville and Terry of Miramichi, her sister; Yvonne Rousselle of Miramichi, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by her daughter Leona, sisters Lena, Jennette, Ida and Odele and brothers, Isiae, Wilfred, Edmond, Leo and Norman.
Mrs. LouiseMarie Burns is resting at Father A. A McKinnon Memorial Room on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 am at St Raphael’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Godwin Kalu SMMM officiating.Burial will follow in the family plot of the Church Cemetery.
