Leah Frances Laporte (Doloughan)
Passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 29, 2019.
Loving wife to the late Norman. Loving mother of the late Patricia, Robert (Nijola), Barbara (Peter), Donna and Ronald. Cherished grandmother of Brent, Danielle, Douglas and Andrew. Cherished great-grandmother of Hannah, Ian and Sierra. Predeceased by her parents, brother and sisters. Leah will be missed by many friends and colleagues and the staff at the Riverside branch of the Windsor Public Library.
The family would like to send a special thank you to all of her medical team: Dr. Hermes, Dr. Mathews, family doctor Dr. Kuprowski, the Erie St. Clair LIHN, Paramed and the VON, the staff of Amica and the palliative teams at WRH including the Cancer Centre team and Y Emara for their care and compassion, especially nurses Evelyn and Jennifer.
