John “Earle”‘s Obituary
TRACEY, John “Earle” ~ age 76 of Nictaux, Annapolis Co. passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019, in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in East Ship Harbour, he was the son of the late Ted and Cynthia Tracey. Earle had a military career of 31 years beginning at HMCS Shearwater, serving on the following ships: HMCS Bonaventure, Athabaskan, Annapolis, Skeena, Margaree, Huron, Protector, Preserver and ending his career at CFB Greenwood. Earle is survived by his wife, Margaret; daughters, Heather; Rhonda (Chris Shee); sons, Steven (Tanyia); Teddy (Patsy); three grandchildren; sister, Betty (Steve Pannozzo); brother, Joseph. In keeping with Earle’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of choice.
