Thursday, August 15th, 2019 at the
Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 92, passed away Mrs.
Hélène Savoie of the Sugarloaf Manor of
Atholville and formerly of McKendrick, wife of the late Lionel Savoie.
She was the daughter of the late
Félicité and late Fidèle
Lagacé.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Jean-Claude (Linda
Lagacé) of McKendrick, Roger (Jacynthe Drapeau) of
Balmoral, Carmelle (Jean-Pierre Chouinard) of Balmoral,
Yvette (Richard Landry) of St-Arthur, Yvon (Marie Pitre) of
McKendrick, Rose-Line (Albert Chouinard) of McKendrick, Jacquot
(Magella Savoie) of St-Arthur, Diane (Rejean Johnson) of Val
d’Amour, Lorraine (Ghislain Levesque) of St-Arthur and Linda
(Bruno LeBlanc) of Val d’Amour; many grandchildren and
great-grandchildren; her brother Propère Lagacé
(Robéa) of Campbellton and her sister
Thérèse Lagacé (late
Clémendo) of Campbellton also by many nieces, nephews,
members of the Savoie family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Lionel, her son Gerald,
her grandchildren: Karine, Jean-Roger and Joanne, her son-in-law Louis
Ouellette and her daughter-in-law Carmelle Savoie, her parents also
many brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and
sisters-in-law.
Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August
22nd at 4 pm in Our Lady of Sacred Heart
Church, Val d’Amour. Mrs.
Hélène Savoie will rest at Savoie Funeral Home,
situated at 47 Alexander St., Campbellton, Wednesday afternoon from 2
till 4 and evening from 7 till 9 also on Thursday afternoon from 2 pm
till time of funeral.
