1923-2019
Grace Marie Tait, wife of the
late Francis Tait, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Kenneth
E. Spencer Memorial Home.
Grace was born in Lower
Shinimicas, NS, on February 13, 1923. She was the daughter of the late
Robert and Sarah (Holmes) Greeno of Shinimicas. She was a Member of
St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Moncton and was a Home Helper for the
S.J. MacArthur Auxiliary. Grace was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing,
knitting and crafts.
She leaves to mourn son, Earl
(Marge) of Tecumseh, Ontario; daughter, Marlene (Donnie) of Pictou, NS
and son, Dale (Barb) of Moncton; four grandchildren and several nieces
and nephews.
Besides her husband, she was
predeceased by sisters, Carrie (George) Everill of Amherst, NS and
Florence (William) Smith of Rockley, NS and brother, Layton (Ella)
Greeno of Amherst Shore, NS. She was the last surviving member of her
immediate family.
By request there will be no
visitation. A private graveside service for the family will be held at
Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
The family wish to thank the
staff of the Home for Mom’s great
care.
