Obituary for Gordon Sampert
So Long Cowboy!
The friends and acquaintances of the Cranbrook Cowboy, Gordon Sampert, are invited to celebrate his life and remember him on the one year anniversary of his passing Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019 at the Cranbrook Alliance Church from 1-3pm.
Come with your best stories of the man who loved to make you laugh or bring a smile to your face. If you are so inclined, wear a cowboy hat or backwards baseball hat, a bandana, or something silly because if it was your memorial, he’d probably come in a tutu and a tiara!
Pastor Grant McDowell will speak at 1:30pm and then the mic is open. There will be tables to visit and play crib too. All are welcome.
