Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Frank Kosir Tuesday July 30th 2019..
Death notice for the town of: Trenton, Province: Ontario
Hello Veronica, Frank and Rosemarie. I am so sad to hear of your father’s passing. There aren’t too many of the ‘old guard’ left. Except for the Klemencic’s, right?
Your father, as you already all know, was such an exceptional man. One of the kindest, sweetest, loving and most generous people this planet ever had. He was beyond kind and thoughtful to my mother and even helped my mother choose the headstone for her and my father after my own father’s death.
I used to pop by to see him while my mother was in Trenton Memorial Hospital, after her stroke in 2004. I’d push my mother’s full-length wheelchair up the hill from the hospital to your father’s place, so that my mother and your dad could say hello.
I often found that your father had placed a candle on the grave of my father.
What a man. So gentle. So sweet. An absolute gentleman.
I only found about his death this morning, and I am at the cottage so would have missed the entire service by the time I arrived. I am so sorry to not be there so that I could give you all a hug.
I don’t know what happened to your father the last few years, but now I see that he was in London. With you, Veronica?
I still often go to Batawa and to visit my parents’ grave in Frankford. It will forever be my home, really.
Please know that I treasure having known you and growing up with you and all the memories that can never be erased.
I am believing that your father will finally be reunited with your mother. Another wonderful lady whom I remember so very, very well!
If you ever want to be in touch with me,
Stay well.
