Obituary of Eunice Johanna Hornung
Eunice Johanna Hornung, late of Regina, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family as Regina Wascana Grace Hospice on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at the age of 78 years. Predeceased by her parents, Catherine and Anton Hornung; brother Ken Hornung; and sisters-in-law Rita Hornung and Sherry Schick. Leaving to mourn with fond memories of her are her brothers Bob (Margaret), Ted (Linda) and Larry; her sister-in-law Wendy Hornung, her nieces Tara Hornung (Calvin), Stephanie Hornung (Nick), and Tracy Sentes (Evan); nephews Blair Hornung (Claire), Jessie Rebrinsky (Ashley), and Branden Rebrinsky; great-nephews and niece Matthew, Adam, James, Madeline and Cedar; and her very close family members Joanne Stelmachowich, Keri Gardner (Rod) and Irene Keen (Cal). She was a very warm and caring woman who was much loved by many friends, family and former colleagues from the Pasqua Hospital.
We appreciate all of the medical staff at the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit and Grace Hospice for taking such great care of Eunice.
Family, friends and others whose lives Eunice touched are invited to a Celebratory Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 19, 2019 at St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, 5020 7th Avenue, Regina, SK. Interment at Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to your favourite charity.
