It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ella Louise Smith, on Tuesday, July 30th at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her husband, Allan Smith, sons Hubert and Gordon, and grandson Ryan. Leaving to mourn are her sons; Allan (Lorraine), Karl (Sharon), Kris (Kay), her daughters; Sharon (Carlos), Mona, Michele (Brian), her brothers; Hubert (Lorna), Kelvin (Betty), her sisters; Betty (Al), Rita, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the 3rd floor west staff at St. Patricks Mercy Home for the care and love shown to our mother while she resided there. Mom was a kind, caring soul with a beautiful smile who loved hugs and kisses which will be forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Keep smiling, Mom. We love you.
