Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Betty Phelan at the age of 83, beloved wife of Reg Phelan. Cherished mother of Rick Willis, Cindi Willis (Wayne Gendel) and Kevin (Cory) Willis. Proud grandmother of Gord Munshaw, Jay Munshaw, Mckenzy Willis, Brayden Willis and Keegan Willis. Betty will be fondly remembered by her brother George Sweenie. Predeceased by her brothers George Sweenie and Jack Sweenie as well as her sisters Audrey Wilson and Norma Farmer. The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice Simcoe for their compassionate care and support. A private family service will be held.
