Eleanor Ruth Budd
Eleanor R. Budd, 90, of K. E.
Spencer Memorial Home, passed away peacefully at her residence on
Thursday, August 15, 2019.
Born in Moncton, she was the
daughter of the late John and Minnie (Dunn)
Bateman.
A loving wife, mother,
grandmother and great grandmother, Eleanor was a retired school
teacher, having taught in Fredericton, Halifax, Australia, Moncton and
Irishtown. She was a member of the Moncton Gospel
Hall.
Eleanor will be sadly missed
by her husband, Clarence Budd of Moncton; son, Murray Budd of Moncton;
grandchildren, Melody Wallis (Simon) and Mark Budd (Melissa); great
grandchildren, Arwyn, Christopher, Gryffin, Kate and Max; nieces,
nephews, and extended family members.
In addition to her parents,
she was predeceased by her sister, Pauline
Lawson.
Visitation at Fergusons
Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Sunday, August
18th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate and
honour Eleanor’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home
Chapel on Monday, August 19th at 2 pm. Reception following the service
in the Funeral Home Reception Centre. Interment will be in Gladeside
Cemetery.
In memory of Eleanor,
donations to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be
