Obituary of Earl Patrick Bruce
BRUCE, Earl Patrick – of Trenton, entered into rest at QHC-Belleville General Hospital, on Friday, August 16th, 2019, at the age of 66. Dear son of the late Russell & Joey Bruce. Beloved husband of Joyce Vietta Bruce (nee McInnes), for 25 years. Loving father of James Bruce, Calgary, Brigitte Bruce, Windsor, Krista Willis (Jeff), Napanee, Kara Hertendy (Sid), Belleville and Kevin Hertendy (Jennifer), Cobourg. Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Jennifer King, Keri Kelsey, Taylor Willis, Cody Fox, Natalya Bruce, Hunter Hertendy, Sarah King, Ashley King, Claudia MacDonald, Hannah Willis, Bree Hertendy, Noah Bruce and great grandchildren, Karter Coombs and Melody MacDonald. Cherished brother of Marjorie Wood (Doug). Earl will be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cremation has already taken place. A Celebration of Earl’s life will be held at the Steele Family Centre, 20 Moira Street West, Belleville, (613-968-2273), on Saturday, August 24th, 2019, from 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. During this time of celebration the family will be sharing memories of Earl. If desired, donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation (Eastern Ontario), would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you is extended to the staff at QHC-Belleville General Hospital (ICU), for the care and compassion shown towards Earl and his family.
