Doris Faye Kleemola MOORE

It is with profound sadness that the family of Doris Faye (née Kleemola) Moore announce her passing on August 18, 2019 at the Rosetown & District Health Centre. Faye passed away peacefully with her family by her side; she was 70 years young.
Faye was born to Ensio and Doris (née Barwick) Kleemola on March 26, 1949 in Rosetown, SK. She was the oldest of three, making her big sister to Linda and Wayne.
Faye is survived by her three children Michelle (Bud) Bluett, Les (Julie) Elward and Ron (Isabelle) Elward, 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother Wayne (Liza) Kleemola and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Dale Moore, her parents Ensio and Doris, her sister Linda and her infant grandson Brandon.
Faye was a quiet person who did a lot of listening. While she may have found it difficult to talk about herself and her passions, it was obvious to see her love of crocheting, sewing and gardening. Until her health would no longer allow, Faye would grow huge, lush vegetable gardens which was followed by weeks of canning and pickling her bounty. She took great pride in the hard work and loved to share from that work.
She will be missed for her laugh and her dry sense of humour. Although it is difficult to say goodbye, for now, we know it is not forever.
The family will be having a private memorial service to be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Faye may be made to the Rosetown & District Health Centre Foundation – Palliative Care Suite, P.O. Box 653, Rosetown, SK, S0L 2V0.
