It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Donald James Kerr formerly of Edmonton, Alberta on August 7, 2019 at the age of 85 at West Park Lodge in Red Deer, Alberta.
Donald is survived by his sons, Jonathan (Rosalie) and Colin; granddaughters, Melissa Kerr and Laura (Jacob) Dobie.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joanne Patricia Kerr (nee: Mix); father, Donald; mother, Katherine; and brothers, John and Hugh.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of West Park Lodge for their exceptional care.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 11828 – 85 St NW, Edmonton, AB on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 5241 Calgary Trail NW #144, Edmonton, AB.
