Obituary of David Baker
Suddenly, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the age of 54 years, David Baker, husband of Joey-Lou Keon. Dear father of Ashley (Shane Powell) and Michael (Meghan Smith) and loving Granddad to Cooper. Predeceased by his father Clarke Baker and his mother Anne Marie Cowley. Survived by his stepmother, who raised him with love, Maddy Baker (Mike Ethier). Also survived by brothers Allan (Roseanne) and Greg (Arlene) and sister Rhiannon Grant and many nieces and nephews. Thanks to Dave’s buddies, Brett Stanley and Scott Williams for the unconditional friendship and great memories. Funeral will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Quyon, Quebec on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 2 p.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Quyon Legion. Donations in Dave’s memory may be made online to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation foundation.ottawaheart.ca .
