It is with great sadness that the family of Bruce F.J. Butler, age 76, of Ottawa, ON passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 37 years Joan Mielke and his children Shawn (Barb Harper), Cheryl Durivage and Janet Scott. Bruce will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorial donations in memory of Bruce may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
