The family of Bradley Long of St. Teresa would like to announce his passing on August 26, 2019 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville.
He will be forever remembered, loved and missed by his Sons: Bradley (Debbie), Andy, Jimmy (Debbie), & Neil (Kim). Daughters: Brenda (Harvey), Joan (Stephen), Marie (Dave) & Paulina. Grandchildren: Angel (Jay), Garrett (James), Evan, Ashleigh, Brittany, Emily (Dan), Abigail, Jamie, Tyler & Hailey. Great grandsons: Hunter & Ayden, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, Aunt Mary Whalen, and a large circle of relatives & close friends. He was predeceased by his wife Marina, parents James & Pauline Long, sister Marie Desbiens & brother Joseph Long.
Bradley was a loving father and husband. He was a man of few words, but never missed an opportunity to play a joke or make a funny remark. He was kind and giving, always there to help anyone. He was a hard working man and loved the outdoors. He will be remembered most for his love of music. We know he is now playing and singing to Mom, his “Best Friend”.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff of Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital for their kindness & empathy during his time there. Special thanks to Dr. Lewis & the staff of the Palliative Care Unit.
To honour and respect Bradley’s wishes, cremation has taken place at Russell’s Funeral Home. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the SPCA.
