Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at the age of 73. Predeceased by her parents John and Evelyn Kane. Loving mother of John Scott (Sue) Giovannetti and Jason Peter Giovannetti. Cherished Grandee of Bradley, Brett and Luke. Betty will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME (445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie) on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 o’clock a.m. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family through adamsfuneralhome.ca
