Barbara Sappier
1944-2019
With her family by her side, Barbara Lucille Sappier of Tobique First
Nation, NB, passed away peacefully at her home on August 27,
2019.
Barbara was born in Bridgeport, CT, on October 14, 1944. She was the
daughter of the late Clarence and Loretta (Williams) Daniels. Barbara
leave behind her partner of 36 years, Omer Watson; her daughter, Joann
Sappier of Baileyville, ME; her sons, Thomas Sappier Jr. (Natalie
Plourde) of Windham, ME, Timothy Sappier of Tobique First Nation, NB;
thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Barbara was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Thomas Sappier
Sr.; her son, Tony Sappier; her sister, Lois Walsh; and her brothers,
Edward and Ronald Daniels.
Resting at her home, 24 Fourth St., Tobique First Nation, NB, with
visitation starting on Thursday at 12 noon and until Saturday morning.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 11 am
from St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Father Curtis Sappier celebrating.
Interment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.

would be appreciated by the family.
