Mrs. Anne Kormos formerly of Tillsonburg, passed away peacefully at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Thursday, August 15, 2019 in her 90th year. Anne was extremely artistic and a talented painter who also created lovely pieces of ceramics and paper toile and loved to share her creations with family and friends. She was a long serving member of the St. Ladislaus Ladies Society. Former Anne Kornya. Loving mother of Robert Kormos (Marianne) and Larry Kormos (Judy) and the wife of the Late Al Kormos (2011). Cherished grandmother of Katherine Stolz (Christopher), Alexandra Rupert (Derek), Mary Ellen Solomon (Harry), Michael Kormos, Rachel Kormos, Jonathan Kormos and Natalie Kormos and great grandmother of Molly Stolz & Zoey Solomon. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her beloved brother, Joe Kornya (Late Sylvia). Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (mfh.care) for visitation on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church, Delhi on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment in St. Ladislaus Cemetery, Courtland. Donations to the Norview Lodge (Resident Activity Fund) or the Charity of your Choice will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
