Surrounded by family and while listening to the hymn “It is well with my Soul” our mother Clara, aged 89 years, took her last breath and passed away peacefully on the evening of Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Meadowood Manor Personal Care Home.
Clara is survived by her children Reinhart (Sylvia), Margaret (Kurt) Koberstein, Edie (John) Prefontaine, (Rose) Krahnke, Arlene (Randy) Roller, and Lorri; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Baptist Church, 771 Sargent Ave., Winnipeg, with viewing prior to the service. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery.
