Passed away peacefully in Ottawa Hospital on Friday, August 2, 2019 at age 80. Richard is survived by his wife Nicola and by his son David. Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean, between Bayshore and Baseline Rd. on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 10 a.m. until time of service in the Chapel 11 a.m., followed by a reception.
