Tom Grabowski, passed away suddenly in his sleep on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Bethesda hospital, Steinbach, MB.
Tom is survived by his daughter Brenda and son Blaine (Marne) and children Kevin (Samantha) and Lisa.
His second wife, Robin, and her children Justin, Belinda and Jolene (Chris) and their children Kaitlyn (Chris), Victoria, Garret (Brielle and Daisy), Carlee (Sebastian), and Lucas.
He was predeceased by his first wife Bernice in 2004.
Tom retired from the CNR as a welder in the Transcona shops.
Tom was a gentle bear of a man, a fisherman, snowmobiler, a builder, loved to travel and spent several years wintering in his favourite place, Arizona. Before he discovered Arizona his favourite and happy place was the cottage he built on Zigzag Island on the Lake of The Woods, where he spent many hours fishing and boating.
He will be greatly missed by his family, stepfamily and friends.
Rest in Peace Tom, you deserve it and your suffering is over.
You have loved much and been loved much.
