Fran Isabell Lambert
January 21, 1944 – June 29, 2019
At the age of 75 year, Fran Isabell Lambert lost her battle to cancer. Fran is survived by three siblings, Charles, Anne and David as well as their loved ones.
Fran obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English and French from Marquette University in Wisconsin, a diplôme supérieur from Sorbonne, Paris, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba.
An educator for many years, Fran took pride in the success of her students and was known for her sense of humour.
Fran enjoyed studying French at the Sorbonne in Paris, tutoring English in Hong Kong and other trips to Iraq, Syria and West Indies. Fran had a warm, kind personality, keen intelligence and a sparkling sense of humour.
Cremation has taken place. Donations in Fran’s memory can be made to the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba, 4 Fort St. Winnipeg, MB. R3C 1C4.
