Jim Twidale passed away peacefully at Columbia View Lodge on August 9, 2019 with his family by his side. Jim was born in Meadow Lake, SK.
Jim moved to Kaleden, BC in his teens to pick fruit and then heard that Cominco was hiring so he drove his motorcycle to Trail, where he worked for 38 years. He later built his own house in Montrose. Jim was known as a sharp card player.
He is survived by his children; Pat, Joan (Dave) and John, grandchildren; Diane (Kyle), Gina (Trevor), Keith (Sandra), Jake (Brittany) and Emma (Matt), as well as two great-grandsons; Grayson and Axel. Jim was predeceased by his wife Rosemary, his brother Percival, sister Enid and son-in-law Larry.

At Jim’s request, a service will not be held. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
