Obituary for Mr. William “John” Hawton
Passed away peacefully at General & Marine Hospital, Collingwood, on Wednesday, July 17th, 2019, at the age of 76. Beloved spouse of Gertrude (Medhurst). Loving father of Rob (Laura), Christa (Mitch) Miller, Sherry Hawton (Dave Leslie), Greg, Steve, Kim (James) Bryant, Linda Hawton and half daughter Christina Lindley. Dear grandfather of Tylor, Chris, Corey, Raven, Stephanie, Jenny and Zack and great-grandfather of 8. Sadly missed by brothers Wayne (Pat) Hawton and Jim (Joan) Hawton. Predeceased by sister May (Harvey) Micks. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
