Warren McGuire
1948-2019
Mr. Warren McGuire of Peers, AB, passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at the age of 71 years.
Warren was born and raised in Peers and continued to live on the family land until his passing. His greatest passion in life was continuing in his father’s footsteps of Gold Mining and since the early age of 6, trapping his dad’s trapline. Building and running riverboats was something he loved doing with family and his jet boating buddies.
Warren will be lovingly remembered by his wife Laura McGuire; children Leslie (Kathy) and Corey (Debbie); grandchildren Kassidy, Sawyer, Jeffery, and Ashton; siblings Carolyn McLerie, Randy (Kathy) and Wayne (Colette); mother Ina McGuire; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Warren was predeceased by his father, Tiny McGuire.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at McLeod Valley Recreation Grounds, Peers, AB.
