Vicky Marie Lacroix (nee Victoria Hedge)
of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Thursday, July 4, 2019 in her 55th year. Beloved wife of Larry Lacroix for 29 years. Cherished mother of Jared Lacroix, Lindsay Lacroix and her friend Will Kuper and Sydney Lacroix all of Palmerston. Daughter of the late Wenda Brownlee and Roger Hedge of Palmerston. Sister of Robin Hedge and her husband John McLennan of Guelph, Shawn Hedge and his wife Tracy of Palmerston, Tania Hedge and Jim Scott of Bobcaygeon, Maggie and her husband Dean Campbell of Cambridge, Chad Hedge of Ottawa and Jason Hedge of Palmerston. Sister-in-law of Sue and Mark Recksiedler of Vancouver Island. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by a sister in infancy (1981), sister Audra Hedge (1991) and two nieces Sadia Khan (1991) and Gabriella Campbell (2007). To honour Vicky’s wishes cremation has taken place.
There will be a celebration of Vicky’s life at the Frank Lambier, Royal Canadian Legion Branch #409, Palmerston on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m.
