Life Legacy
LEO, Severino ‘Rino’ – Passed away peacefully at Hospice Niagara on Friday July 12, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 54 years to Julie (nee Giacobetti) and cherished father of Mary Ann McRae (Jon Beaucage) and the late John (2009). Loving Nonno of Lexis and Justus McRae. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Luciana (Armando) Pietrocarlo, Maria Iorio and Joe (Emily) Leo, his brother-in-law Tony (Sheila) Giacobetti, his sisters-in-law Maria Phelan (Jim Llord) and Lucy (Ken) Lane and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Angelo and Angela Leo, his parents-in-law Sante and Emelia Giacobetti, his brothers Armando (the late Amelia), Tony (the late Connie) and brother-in-law Guiseppe Iorio. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Monday 4 to 8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 at St. Patrick’s Church, with the Rite of Committal to follow at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Rino, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Niagara or The Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Centre), and would be appreciated by his family.
