In the spring of 1999 Ross & his business partner Tom MacGillis started their own mechanical contracting company Bry-Mac Mechanical Ltd. where he continued enjoying his work until he retired in 2017. He cherished the many good relationships and memories he made during his career.
Ross was a loving husband dedicated father and grandpa. He enjoyed every chance he had to meet up with friends for a game of cards or BS over coffee, breakfast, lunch or ice cream.
He will be remembered for his amazing garden, his witty jokes and his big heart. He was genuine person with an easy going way about him, which touched a lot of people’s lives during his time here on earth.
Ross’s family would like to thank the caring and dedicated staff & volunteers at the North Okanagan Hospice House who gave Ross the best care for the last 5 weeks of his life. He appreciated each and every one of you! In lieu of flowers Ross asks that donations be made to either the North Okanagan Hospice House or Shuswap Volunteer Search & Rescue Society.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, August 10th @ 11am at the Armstrong Bible Chapel.
