On Wednesday, June 26th, 2019, Richard Brenneis passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years.
Richard is survived by his children: Debbie (Joe), Charlene, Brian (Karen), Sharon (Glen) and Donna; son-in-law, Tony; 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He also leaves his brother, Melvin (Tove).
He was predeceased by his wife, Florence; daughter, Valerie; mother, Cecilia; father, William; brother, Stanley and sister, Sylvia.
Our father, Co-Founder of Brenneis Vegetable Gardens, was best known for his passion and love of farming.
Prayers will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 13131 – 86 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
