Rev. Willard Allan Jones
1953-2019
Rev. Willard A. Jones of Nackawic, NB passed away following a brief
illness on July 13, 2019 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital with his
family by his side. Willard was born on February 13, 1953 in
Hillsborough, NB, a son of the late Willard G. and Mildred (Tower)
Jones.
Willard was President and Pastor of Queensbury Christian Centre and
First Revival Pentecostal Church. He served on the Board of Directors
of Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ Canada. Having just celebrated
serving his Lord for 50 years, his favourite saying was that ’he
wanted to make a difference’. Prior to his service in the

family was his pleasure, but Jesus was his treasure. Another soldier
has gone to his reward.

children, Rachel Bertin (Ron), Rebecca Gray, Lance Rhodenizer,
Charlotte Masad (Fouad), Diane Dickinson (Andrew), Aaron Rhodenizer
(Jessa) and Paul Rhodenizer; grandchildren, Remi (Helén), Gilles,
Daniel, Nick, Jessica, Maddie, Jordan, Farrah, Joel and Ava; a great
grandson Jackson; siblings, Craig Jones, Sherry Adamson (Rob) and
Melody Ferris (Steven); a sister-in-law, Nancy Weir (Rick); a
brother-in-law, Ken Anderson (Caroline); several dearly loved nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral
service will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 2 pm in the funeral
home chapel with Rev. Howard Antworth officiating. A reception will
take place at the funeral home followed by interment at the Oakland
Community Cemetery.
