LAVOIE, Ray – Passed away at his home on Monday July 15, 2019. Joseph Claude Raymond “Ray” Lavoie of Woodstock in his 88th year. Beloved husband for over 61 years to Janet R. A. (nee Sedgwick) Lavoie. Cherished father of Sam (Harriet), Russell (Sue), Rita (Stan) Edwards, Paul and late Louis (2018). Loving grandfather of Jason, Harriet, Nicole, Elizabeth (Kevin) Rebecca, Sarah (Christian), Deborah, Westley, Lindsay (Frederick) and great grandfather of Clayton, Matthew and Alice. Dear brother of Rejane Lavoie and Raymonde Lavoie. Ray will be sadly missed by his many grand dogs, grand cats and all that knew him. A memorial service to honour Ray’s life will be held at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday July 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm with visitation with the family one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place. Interment later with Louis in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
