Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital-Garden Street Site on Monday July 15, 2019. Paul Simpson of Elgin, in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Gail (Ubdegrove) Simpson. Loved son of Mildred and the late Oscar Simpson. Cherished father of Shannon (Michael) Peeling of Brantford and Stacey (Jeremy) Smith of Ottawa. Dear brother of Herb (Jane) Simpson of Elgin and Lorrie (Mark) Douthwright of Ottawa. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8. Memorial Service in Elgin United Church on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Inurnment Lillies Baptist Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Elgin United Church or Prostate Cancer Canada would be appreciated by the family.
