Patricia Arguin July 11 2019

Patricia (Patty) Mary Arguin
Patty passed away early the morning of July 11th, 2019 at the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice in Kanata after a prolonged struggle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by her children Steven Bazor, and Daniel Bazor (Jessica), grandchildren Ian, Tara, and Desmond. Siblings Cathy (late Bruce), Earl (Mary), Lori (Mike) and Marc (Helen) as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Lavena Brophy and Clifford Arguin and stepfather Hugh Saunders.
Born May 5th, 1957 in Montreal, Quebec, Patty grew up within a close-knit community of family and friends with whom many memories are shared. After living and working in Montreal, QC, Toronto, ON and Fort Bragg, CA, she began work as a public servant with the now amalgamated City of Kanata before moving into her role as a purchasing officer with the City of Ottawa where she remained for the rest of her career. Patty had a talent for sewing and a deep appreciation for the music she grew up with. She was also an avid sports fan and closely followed the Ottawa Senators since their inception. A special thank you to the nursing staff at SE Health whose excellent care allowed her to live comfortably at home for as long as possible.
