Hupman, Mary Marie-79, Roseway Manor, of Lockeport passed away in Ropeway Manor on July 3, 2019. Born in Lockeport she was a daughter of the late Anna May Ward. Marie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was affectionately known as “Nanny Rie”. Marie was the last surviving member of her immediate family.She was an avid volunteer and won an award as “Volunteer of the Year. She had many accomplishments during her lifetime, being President of I.O.D.E for many years being one of them. She was an awesome baker and loved to drive. She is survived by her children, Robert (Gail), Becki (Roddy), Debbie ( Sheldon), Murray (Tracy), Michael (Amanda), Tony (Barb), and Tyler who was raised as a son; grandchildren, Brian, Amanda, Angela, Douglas, April, Sarah, Samantha, Jenelle, Courtney, Allan, Brianna, Andrew and Connor as well as thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert and brother Gordon. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 4 from 7-9 pm in H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Lockeport. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 2pm in the United Baptist Church in Lockeport with Pastor Tim Garron and Pastor Kent Blades officiating. Interment in Rockland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimers Society or Roseway Manor Fund. You may sign the guest book at: www.huskilson.net
