Death Notice
JERMYN, Mary Helen – Peacefully at University Hospital on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Richard D. Jermyn (1997) and Kenneth R. Barthel (1975). Loving stepmother to Karen and John Sanborn of Kincardine, Donald Jermyn of Ottawa, and Douglas and Carol Jermyn of Welland; and step grandmother to six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Elsie Breen and Kathleen Fess. Mary will be remembered by numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
The funeral service will be held at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James Street at Richmond on Friday, July 19 at 11 am with visitation the hour prior from 10-11 am. Reception to follow. Interment Woodland Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
