Marguerite Marg Masters 2019

Marguerite “Marg” Masters
Passed away peacefully, on July 7, 2019 at 88 years of age. Reunited with her beloved husband Raymond Masters (November 15, 2014) of 66 years. Loving mother of Greg and wife Blanche, Gary and wife Florence, Heather and husband Gordon Warren, Timothy, and Thomas and wife Paula. Cherished grandmother of Cynthia Sefton (the late Scott), Sandra Mehenka (Michael), James, the late Timothy Warren, Aaron Warren, Daniel Warren, Jessica Monahan (John), and Isabel. Dear great-grandmother of Mitchael, Hayley, Finn, Lexi, Lily, Madison, Liam, Tyler, and Alexa. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Beverly Evon and Marilyn Scherbank and brother Edward Hayward. Loving sister-in-law of John Masters, Joan Renaud and Robert Edwards. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, whom Marg dearly loved. Marg enjoyed her time volunteering and serving on the board at the Windsor YMCA. Her love for poetry and literature was evidenced in the reading and writing of short stories and greeting cards to her family and friends. Having a strong faith in the Lord was important to her, and she prayed often for others. Marg remembered everyone’s birthday and had a keen memory for dates, names, sports, news, politics, history, and trivia. The family would like to thank the many doctors who cared for Marg, in particular, Dr. Sharon Doyle, Tina and the caring Saint Elizabeth support workers and nurses. If you so desire, donations to the Children’s War Amps or Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
