It is with saddened hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Manny at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Rory. Cherished father of Michelle Tiongson-Moeller (Carlos), and Manuel III (J.R.) (Sharon). Grandfather to Aiden. Loving brother to Georgia Felismino (Tito), Ging Urbi (the late Pete), the late Toots (Sonia), and Melinda. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
