The death of M. Louise (Ricketts) Eastwood, wife of the late Ronald Eastwood occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 16, 2019. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Mason) Ricketts.
Louise was a dedicated and active member of the Pytherian Sisters Lodge Martello Temple #25 and the Saint John/Champlain Liberal Association.
Louise is survived by her children; Thomas (Deborah), David (Fe), Edward (Becky), Donna (Andrew) Williger, Florence (Bernard) Williger and Rose (Joel) Davidson. She is also survived by her siblings; Norman (Karen) Ricketts, Peter (Carmella) Ricketts and Gloria (Ralph) Campbell.
Louise will be forever missed by her 13 grandchildren and their spouses, 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and loving husband, she is predeceased by her sisters Edith Betz, Donna Ricketts and 2 great grandsons Dakota and Corey (Bubba).
Resting at the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Thursday, July 18th and Friday July 19th between the hours of 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 20th at 10 AM from the Fundy Chapel with Rev. Canon Leo Martin officiating. Interment to follow at Fernhill Cemetery.
