Obituary of Lorne Scheuneman
SCHEUNEMAN Lorne Reinhold – Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Wednesday July 24, 2019 at the age of 85 years.
Lorne Scheuneman of Pembroke, beloved husband and best friend of Dorothy Scheuneman (nee Rutz). Dearly loved Dad of Nancy Chaput (Marcel) of Pembroke. Predeceased by infant son, son David and daughter-in-law Lisa (nee Schneider). Grandpa to Travis Wagner (Cynthia Neumann) and Cassandra & Lucas Scheuneman. Son of the late Reinhold & Hattie Scheuneman (nee Melcher). Cherished brother of Vera Krueger (late James), Nelda MacCosham (late Don) and the late Doris Whelan (Brian). Lorne is survived by many family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Saturday, July 27, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 3:00 pm. Following the interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, please join the family in Zion’s parish hall for a time of fellowship and refreshments. For your comfort, casual attire is welcomed.
