Lois R. Taylor
1945 – 2019
Lois Rowena (Johnston) Taylor, wife of the late Peter Taylor of Bay du Vin, NB, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 74.
Born in Chatham, on February 9, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Arlington and Annie (McLenaghan) Johnston. She was a nursing assistant by trade.
Lois is survived by her sisters: Norma of Alberta, Audrey of Ontario and Geraldine of P.E.I; brother, Herman (Adrienne) of Black River Bridge; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, husband Peter Taylor, sisters: Edna and Eva, brothers: Floyd, Robert and Dougal.
By Lois’s request there will be no visitation held at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at Adams Funeral Home Chapel, 140 King St., Miramichi, on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 2 pm with Rev. Don Hamilton officiating. Interment will be held in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery.
