Obituary of Linda May Armstrong
ARMSTRONG, Linda May (nee. Lee)
Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Sunday July 21, 2019. Linda Armstrong of Norwood in her 88th year. Resident of St. Joseph’s at Fleming, Peterborough. Wife of the late Philip Armstrong. Always loved and remembered by her children Betty Ainsworth (late John) of Peterborough, John Armstrong (Debbie), Phyllis Rose (Doug), Marilyn Craig (Paul) all of Norwood, Pat Smallman (Brian McCrodan) of Peterborough, Bill Armstrong (Kathy Dollimore) and Sue Arscott (Roch Clement) also all of Norwood and by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by her siblings Barbara McFadden (late Merle), John Lee (June), Nancy Vandenberg (Willie), Beverly Smith (late Marwood) and Dale Davidson (Garnet). Predeceased by her parents Beatrice (nee Rusaw) and David Lee and by her brother Jim Lee. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL, 36 Queen Street, on Wednesday July 24, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held from the Norwood Pentecostal Church on Thursday July 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment Norwood-Asphodel Cemetery. Reception to follow in the Church Hall. A special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph’s for your special care of Mom.
