Lee A. Palmer
1953-2019
It is with extraordinary sadness to announce that Lee Palmer, of
Woodstock, Ontario, passed away the evening of April 26th after a long
battle with heart disease/diabetes. Passing at the age of 65, Lee
lived a full life as a professional musician and successful
entrepreneur. He leaves behind his eldest child, Katherine, her two
young boys, Scott and William, as well as his son, Thomas; brothers,
Stephen (Sheila) and Donald; nieces and nephews
Lee was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Audrey, and a sister
Jill.
He founded and ran Palmer Marketing for over 30 years while never
losing sight of his true passion of creating music. He released
several albums over the last few years allowing his voice to live on
for generations to come.
Lee was a great man who was respected and loved by many and needless
to say, he will be greatly missed.
A memorial was held at New Haven Funeral Centre, Saturday, May 4th
between 11:00AM-2:00PM. It was an informal, unstructured service
allowing anyone who attended to pay their final respects.
A memorial service will be held at the Britton Fuenral Home, 2 High
Street, Hartland on Saturday, July 27th at 1:00 p.m with Pastor Carl
O’Donnell officiating.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Canadian Diabetes
Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
